Knowledge and Learning Manager, GPB Functional Excellence

• To define the knowledge management strategy for our knowledge base and maintain high quality, up-to-date and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level
• To work effectively across the organization with stakeholders, change management, service teams, trainers and subject matter experts to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.
• Leverage analytics to evaluate business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
• Establish writing guidelines based on knowledge base best practices and develop the team to ensure they are achieving or surpassing them.
• Drive the development and implementation of new information management tools and foster the application of best practices for the company.
• Help to build new information management capabilities and use information governance primarily as an enabler of information use.
• Work together with Business Leaders, Information owners, IT Architects, IT Analysts, Scientists, Records Managers, Data Security, Intranet Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Change Practitioners.

• Academic qualification (Masters, PhD) in a science related discipline, information management, or equivalent on the job experience
• At least 3 years of experience in AI or product development in agricultural industry
• Experience with state of the art methods and best practice for information management
• Strong understanding of the technical information lifecycle
• Ability to quickly understand needs of Syngenta business’ and strategic imperatives in order to design and support new information management solutions
• Ability to work cross functionally
• An entrepreneurial mind-set and way of working
• Fluency in written and oral English.
