Job description

  • Керувати відносинами з ключовими клієнтами Seedcare
  • Розробляти та впроваджувати стратегії для ключових клієнтів
  • Створювати індивідуальні пропозиції
  • Прогнозувати продажі та управляти вимогами до продукції
  • Забезпечувати безперебійність операцій та позитивний досвід клієнтів
  • Відстежувати тенденції ринку та конкурентне середовище
  • Координувати внутрішню взаємодію для задоволення потреб клієнтів
  • Моніторити KPI для оцінки ефективності роботи з клієнтами

Кваліфікації

  • Мінімум 5 років досвіду в аграрній галузі
  • Наявність освіти в галузі сільського господарства
  • Глибоке розуміння бізнесу з обробки насіння
  • Навички управління складними проектами
  • Стратегічне мислення та аналітичний підхід
  • Сильні комунікативні навички та вміння впливати
  • Орієнтація на клієнта та побудова довірчих відносин
  • Досвід досягнення високоякісних результатів
  • Діюче водійське посвідчення категорії «В»
  • Оновлені військово-облікові документи (якщо стосується)
