  • Interact regularly with distributors related to weekly & monthly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
  • Work closely with demand Planning ensure Last plan brings the most accurate results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, marketing, and P&S, to ensure that the needs of key accounts are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts, and develop proposals accordingly.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure that our offerings remain competitive.
  • Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends, and present them to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, and report on progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with Trade marketing to ensure all activities for distributors are recorded & signed.
  • Schedule advance working appointments and respond promptly.
  • Other Works assigned by KAM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, foreign Trade, or a related field.
  • Good English communication & writing
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
