  • Delivers sales targets for his assigned customers.
  • Creates and delivers Account strategies and implementation plans, optimizing deployed resources.
  • Lead customers to achieve the business targets and review performance against KPIs.
  • Ensure proper forecasting & planning with his customer and closely follow Account Receivables.
  • Co-ordinate area activities in Marketing for Middle East.
  • Market intelligence and MAPS update.
  • Identify the potential customers, evaluate and make proper selection based on the company strategy.
  • Conducts annual performance reviews of account/ area outcomes and leverage learnings into future planning.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and secure the needed data in the SFDC.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, through portfolio meeting platform and support the internal platform meetings.

Manage the agreements and the contracts of the customers.


Qualifications

Critical knowledge and experience

  • 10 years Development sales management / marketing experience.
  • Key account management skills; strong understanding of customer needs, structural thinking and business driven.
  • Understanding of competitive environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture.
  • Agribusiness experience, knowledge of Veg seeds and Seeds business is must.
  • Solid experience MS Office & Outlook.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
