As an IT Program Manager you will be focused on focused on Data and Analytics in Research and Development, you will implement information-driven strategies and solution systems that help grow, optimize, and protect our organization. You will go beyond strategy and provide end to end design, build and implementation of real-life data environments. You will work with product owners, platform leads, architects, project managers, business analysts, data scientists, big data engineers, developers, and scientists in agriculture to accomplish this. You are a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry. You are an effective communicator and a confident leader equipped with strong people management skills. You have a genuine passion to make things happen in a dynamic organization.

You will Drive all aspects of a program or project life cycle, including strategy, service model definition, road-mapping, architecture, implementation, and development to gain maximum exposure and drive success. 

  • Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
  • Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations in areas such as cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting and impact
  • Exercise technical judgment in working with large, cross-functional teams
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coaching and mentoring of our people and proposing new roles aligned to the R&D IT sourcing strategy

Qualifications

  • 9+ years’ experience as a delivery program or project manager of modern IT platforms in the area of data ingestion, harmonization, advanced analytics, and machine learning
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and reporting platforms
  • Experience with data, data architecture, modelling, trends analysis, statistics, and program evaluations
  • Experience managing execution and high-quality product delivery
  • Experience with workflow automation
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline
  • Solid knowledge of agile delivery and steady state operations (e.g., Agile Methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering)
