Responsible for client interaction/stakeholder management in the end user services area, operating and improving end user services to improve operational efficiencies, and compliance in alignment with regional IT; to ensure smooth delivery of IT services within the North American region.
- Supports delivery of IT end user services to clients for all NA Syngenta sites
- Engaged in local IT projects and initiatives, supports regional and global projects related to delivery in the NA region.
- Uses Service Now and ad-hoc service requests as required to manage user requests; consults with end users and recommends appropriate strategies to support business priorities
- Delivers continuous improvement of IT end user services to support business initiatives and to enhance IT service quality
- Ensures compliance with Syngenta IT Standards and policies
- Looks for ways to improve IT processes and standards with a focus on meeting the needs of the NA region
- Works outside of NA region with other IT colleagues in support of end user service delivery
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional IT experience
- Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and end user computing technology
- Working knowledge of how a service organisation operates
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Experience working in virtual/remote teams
