As an IT & Digital Associate Product Manager for the North America Crop Protection region, you will support the product managers in gaining a deep understanding of the customer experience and improving the operability of our digital platforms through partnership with the Digital Marketing, Digital Ag and Marketing Programs teams.

You will work collaboratively within the IT & Digital and business teams to manage and execute enhancements across multiple commercial digital products and provide day-to-day technical platform support. You will lead change activities on products that help our business improve the customer experience. You will also serve as the first point of contact for all technical support requests in the B2C space.

We believe to do these activities and support our internal culture this role must have easy access to the NA (North America) Crop Protection site headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is eligible for hybrid working.

Job Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for B2C technical issues (ex: name server/DNS/SSL/AWS issues).
  • Lead enhancement, maintenance and repair projects related to digital platforms.
  • Perform escalation management for support issues.
  • Perform service review meetings with relevant stakeholders (internal /external) and prioritize change and coordinate story point usage with other technical leads.
  • Identify and fill product gaps and improve operability of our digital platforms to enable growth.
  • Work collaboratively within IT & Digital and business teams to manage and execute feature enhancements across multiple commercial digital products.
  • Document use cases, understand requirements, develop test cases and coordinate QA testing.
  • Engage business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

This will be in a hybrid work setting in our Greensboro, NC location.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent education or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience with two or more of the following: B2C, Digital Experience Platforms, Salesforce and CMS systems.
  • 2-5 years of experience with application development technologies including NodeJS, Angular, APIs, JSON and .NET Core or like technologies preferred.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage sound business judgment to translate complex business issues/needs into technical requirements and specifications.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with marketing and / or finance teams
  • Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
  • SAP experience
