Requi

    Responsabilities:

    • To procure an assigned services portfolio for Engineering and U&W categories,  ensuring secure, on time, on specification supply delivering minimum total cost of ownership.
    • Negotiate contracts and maintain day to day relationships with suppliers, including establishing supplier performance measures, conducting regular reviews focused on achieving “deal delivery”.
    • Provide local market intelligence for assigned portfolio including documented sourcing analyses, supply scenario comparisons and supplier research.
    • Demonstrate compliance with procurement processes regarding e-tendering, Supplier Relationship Management (including performance management) and Contract Management.
    • Build strong internal client and procurement networks to raise awareness, support  internal clients and share best practice.
    • Actively participate in multi-functional sourcing teams with focus on engineering projects.
    • Partner with internal clients to provide operational purchasing support.

    It is indispensable for this position:

    • Detailed knowledge of purchasing systems (desirable  Ariba knowledge)
    • Ability to handle detailed information and analyse and extract critical issues for engineering projects
    • Good knowledge of supply markets and dependant cost drivers for Engineering Category -Capex and Opex  ( equipment  and services)
    • Working knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures
    • Strong negotiation, contract creation, and management skills
