Role Purpose:

To support the digital transformation and implementation of the Iberia strategy by managing, developing, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform and related business processes. This role will ensure maximum value extraction from the CRM ecosystem, drive user adoption, and provide critical support for business needs across the Iberia Commercial Unit. Leveraging technological and agronomic knowledge, the CRM Specialist will have an enhanced understanding of end-user requirements and be able to improve user experience and interfaces and tailor these to our agrobusinesses and strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Salesforce Administration and Development:
    • Manage and continuously develop the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
    • Ensure GDPR compliance and effective duplicate management within the CRM system.
    • Maintain data integrity and cleanliness within the CRM environment.
  2. Business Process Optimization:
    • Analyze and optimize CRM-related business processes to align with the Iberia strategy
    • Identify, develop, and deliver new functionalities, apps, and interfaces linked to Salesforce
    • Collaborate with Global and Regional IT teams to implement solutions supporting business needs
  3. User Adoption and Support:
    • Drive the implementation and increase adoption of Salesforce and related digital tools and functionalities in the Iberia Commercial Unit
    • Provide maintenance, support and training for end users
    • Develop and manage a key user group focused on demand generation and crmization
  4. Integration and Analytics:
    • Facilitate the integration of various applications within the CRM ecosystem
    • Provide analytics and monitoring support for business processes
    • Generate insights and reports to support decision-making and strategy implementation
  5. Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with business units to understand and address their CRM needs
    • Collaborate with Global and Regional IT teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies
    • Communicate effectively with end users, key stakeholders, and management on CRM-related matters
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on Salesforce features and best practices
    • Propose and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience
    • Contribute to the ongoing digital transformation efforts within the Iberia commercial unit
  7. Grower connectivity and Application of Agronomic Expertise:
    • Utilize agronomic knowledge to better understand and interpret end-user requirements
    • Increase user adoption by creating intuitive, specific CRM solutions and design and implement user-friendly interfaces aligned to the agro businesses.
    • Act as a bridge between technical CRM capabilities and agro end users.
    • Develop and optimize CRM processes and tools related to grower connectivity, facilitating data collection in order to provide improved insights and analytics.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) - valorable, not indispensable.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Sales, Commerce, Marketing, Service Clouds, CPQ and general salesforce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with agricultural concepts, terminology and technologies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Qliksense.
  • Experience with mobile solutions.
  • In addition to Spanish, English and Portuguese is a plus.
