The opportunity:

Sharing an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Operations Analyst who will own and manage the HR and downstream process landscape for the highly diverse EAME region.  You will ensure opportunities for improving the employee experience, leveraging continuous improvement, simplification and automation, liaising with HR Solutions & Systems, onshore HR Operations and HRBPs.

As the Senior Analyst you will be the champion for the project(s) identifying the best course of action, be it a simple solution or a much higher budget investment.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to explore regional demand, facilitating ideation and design thinking sessions with technical and business stakeholder teams
  • Map business and technical processes to aid requirements gathering, playback and change management and training if required
  • Act as the regional champion for process optimization, identifying opportunities to optimize and simplify processes and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to explore how automation can improve productivity within the organization
  • Develop and promote automation methodologies to drive continuous delivery and integration
  • Coordinate closely with the Global Solutions and Systems teams to ensure a robust controls and governance framework
  • Identify opportunities for introducing new approaches, continuous improvement, and good practice
  • Translate conceptual ideas and requirements into clearly defined projects and end-to-end solutions
  • Act as project manager or business analyst in key delivery projects, ensuring requirements are documented, and appropriate plans are in place to achieve delivery to time, cost and quality

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in HR related roles with appropriate area(s) of expertise (Diploma level)
  • Proactive customer delivery focus within specific requirements and timelines
  • Strong project management and change management experience and capabilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to articulate complex, technical specs/requirements to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Analytical and creative skills to deal with problems and opportunities
  • Detailed Operational experience in the HR domain across processes and systems
  • Ability to be sensitive to regional and cultural differences while driving process implementation
  • Agile methodology and transformational mindset
  • Methods for process modelling and Business Process Mapping methodology​​, as well as expertise in drafting detailed specification requirements​
