HR Operations Generalist

• Serve in a developmental capacity in the HR Operations function by working where the resource need is at any given time. 
• Provide professional HR support to the functions of HR Operations
  • Benefits Administration
  • Project management
  • Payroll operations
  • HR administration
  • Reporting and data analysis
• Enable continuous improvement and consistency throughout core processes to help drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide trend analysis and insights/recommendations to address key HR metrics
• Partner with regional HR Business Partners and Centers of the Expertise to ensure development and delivery of effective and simplified processes and systems from hiring to end a of employment, with focus on developing best practices.
• Handle operational HR support for employees and managers with respect to answering HR queries
• Contribute to key HR projects and initiatives

To be successful in this role this person will work from our Greensboro, NC offices in a flexible work setting.

Required Skills/Experience

• At least 3 to 6 years of experience working in Human Resources
• Exposure to US HR practices, policies, laws, and regulations  
• Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Workday HCM
• (S)PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
