HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & Communications

Recruitment

• Manages the end-to-end recruitment process from recruitment strategy meetings to offer generation and new employee onboarding. (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview, offer proposal and negotiaton)
• Manages hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems. (Taleo and Smart Recruiter)
• Maintains the candidate workflow in the ATS (Smart Recruiter) to ensure data is accurate for reporting and HR administration hand-off purposes
• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinates with Hiring Managers for identifying our staffing needs
• Utilizes appropriate sourcing strategies and tools to fill roles in a timely manner with the best quality candidates
• Manages end-to-end candidate management
• Contributes to the achievement of SLAs and KPIs, whilst always focusing on the ‘customer’
• Builds diversified talent pool.
• Develops hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
• Conducts Backbone New Hire Orientation for New Hires.

HR Communications and Employee Engagement

• Implements integrated employee engagement activities across Syngenta sites in the Philippines
• Generates HR employee communication materials and communication strategy across all levels of the business by means of AVP, posters, and events. (Canva, Powerdirector, etc.)
• Creates, edits and develop Audio Visual Presentations for various campaigns/ activites.
• Assists in implementing learning and development initiatives for all Syngenta employees.Promotes Employee well-being and wellness. Creates Quarterly communication and conducts at least two webinars per quarter (Mental Health, Nutrition and Diversity and Inclusion).
• Act as HR event director, scriptwriter, and main host for face to face and online activities.

HR Learning and Development

• Recommends, designs develops and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning, and management and leadership development.
• Creates communications and campaign material for Company's internal AI Training portal.

Others:

• Collaborates with other function in driving several projects initiated by local and/or regional team.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Communications
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Sound knowledge of different interview techniques, evaluation methods and full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Sound understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of different roles within an organization
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Workday will be a plus
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• BS in Business administration or relevant field
• Additional HR training will be a plus
