Job description

The HR Digital Business Partner serves as a strategic catalyst, driving digital transformation of the human resources functions to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and operational HR efficiency. This role bridges the gap between our People Strategy, HR Digital Strategy, business needs, and technological capabilities, ensuring that digital solutions are leveraged to their full potential in supporting the company's objectives.

  • Partner with HR Operations Leadership Team to design, develop and propose strategic plans that align with operations, people and business objectives
  • Input and shape the necessary Project deliveries aligned to strategic plans through the HR Project Portfolio process, including creation/validation of business cases and ROI calculations
  • Analyze industry trends, market conditions and internal data in all people related matters to provide actionable insights that shape business strategy
  • Identifies opportunities for innovation, explores emerging trends and industry best practices, to propose pilots utilizing new technologies, processes, or products
  • Provide a consultancy approach, offering strategic recommendations to support growth, innovation, and process optimization
  • Act as an ambassador for HR Digital’s strategy, vision and overall ambition across all work involvement
  • Partner across HR Operations to enable maximum ROI from our HR Technologies in line with vendor releases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution of business strategies
  • Represent the needs and perspectives of HR Operations in discussions with HR Digital Systems team, collaborating effectively through to conclusion
  • Quality assure strategic digital projects, assuring architectural design and alignment with business objectives
  • Participate as an active member of relevant project Steering Committees, ensuring project issues are uncovered and effective resolutions or mitigations are taken

Qualifications

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • BSc/MSc degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital business partner or similar role, with a proven track record of driving business performance and delivering strategic initiatives through technology
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Workday configuration across multiple functional areas/domains
  • Overall 10+ years’ experience in HR Technology
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferred Workday Pro Certified
  • Previous project management experience with track record in having successfully delivered multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams to design and manage cross-functional projects, and providing data-driven business insights
  • Experience in fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving through strong collaboration
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial principles, and market dynamics
  • Good understanding of business case design and development
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Positive, proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex challenges
  • Adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing business needs
