Responsibilities:
- Monthly dashboard production
- Producing and publishing Qlik dashboards every month used by HR leadership
- Maintaining Qlik applications/SQL script used for transformation needs of the dashboards source files
- Addressing technical issues pertaining to dashboards, as and when they arise
- Helping senior leaders interpret dashboard metrics, as needed
- Automating recurring manual activities needed for dashboard production
- Partnering with Workday team to determine Workday reporting solutions which can be used in Qliksense
- Identifying and facilitating the potential production of dashboards in Workday
- One-off dashboard production of new dashboards depending on business needs
- Monthly Headcount and attrition reporting for Group Leadership Team
- Supporting internal teams for ad-hoc data needs
In order to deliver on the above responsibilities, the incumbent in general will have to
- Work closely with project managers, developers, data architects, senior IT management, product owners to identify needs, review technical spec
- Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs
- Conduct user acceptance testing with end-users
- Manage temporary resources as per project demands
- Have deeper understanding of Workday reports (e.g. using calculated fields)
Be familiar with BI security models
Background requirements
- Experience in
- Developing, publishing and maintaining, QlikSense applications
- ETL and database management
- Crafting complex queries (SQL)
- Data modeling concepts and developing database queries to analyze the outcome
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Ability to work under deadline constraints
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI or other dashboard solutions
- Working with large data volumes
- Working in agile projects
- Knowledge of R, Python or any other statistic tool
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
4-5 Years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Information Technology
