Head of Seeds, Vietnam

• Lead VN FCLT team in working with regional FCLT as well as country CLT to develop clear strategy with detail action plan for short term delivery and long-term growth
• Chair the VN FCLT and other country forums (MBR, Demand review, SOP…) to have frequent review of VN FC Seeds operation, identify all business risks to mitigate as well as capture all opportunities may have from market
• Closely manage the effectiveness and compliance of all activities in Seeds organization, manage the function expenses within BUD and in alignment with DOA/LOA, assistant required from Seed Finance BP
• Provide support and supervise the Seeds P&S team (Field operation team) to develop grower strategy, quickly expand field production but with cost efficient management
• Directly manage and coach the National Sales Manager, Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, Channel Operation manager, Agronomy manager to build up clear execution plan to achieve annual targets. Working with regional FCLT to provide sufficient coaching and career development plan for SD team, P&S team, Finance team
• Leading the talent retention and succession plan discussion in all FCLT forums. Build up a rich and strong people pipeline for a long-term and sustainable growth of FC Seeds Business in Vietnam
• Ensure the safety and ethics compliance among FC Seeds organization. To be a role model to embed Syngenta culture in all daily activities
• Frequent review and provide support to ensure the improvement of all company processes and systems. Foster the innovation mindset in everything we do
• Make sure all partnerships and collaboration with outside partners will bring best benefit to Syngenta in short – mid & long term
