Head, Digital Platforms SPS NA

Syngenta is currently seeking a Head, Digital Platforms SPS NA.  The preferred location for this position is Greensboro, NC. 

Accountabilities

• Lead new business model opportunities including GTM upgrades, new revenue sources including but not limited to the new SPS Ecommerce Store and Pro FinTech opportunities.  Prepare new business models for operationalization across SPS NA.
• Co- lead (with the Digital Platform Lead) the integration of the Syngenta Spiio brand and subscription model services with SPS NA commercial operations.   
• Manage 3rd party sourcing opportunities and other key strategic projects and initiatives as agreed with SPS Global LT and SPS NA Head in support of the SPS Strategic Agenda.
• Play an active role within the regional LT in identifying emerging trends, shaping the strategy and efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI for SPS as a whole

• Graduate-level degree, preferably in life science discipline
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship support from Syngenta

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial support role(s)
• Experience in project and/or program management
• Team leadership skills
