Responsibilities:

  • Identification and growth Management of potential markets
  • Lead appointment and terminations cases of franchisees in consultation with sales team  
  • Timely communication and execution of sales policies
  • Develop and follow route plan for franchise visits
  • Close coordination with sales team
    • Liquidation planning
    • Channel stock reporting
    • Check cash memo books
  • Franchise shop merchandising (product shelving, promotional item placement, shop branding)
  • Competition and market updates
  • Strict follow up and reporting of violators
  • Should have a digital acumen understanding how data, digital and technology can strengthen the business.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of relevant experience of Channel or Go to Market Strategy.
  2. Should be Graduate/ Masters with good knowledge of Trade marketing/ Field experience.
  3. Must have experience of MS Excel, Reporting & Presentation to top management.
