GreenLeaf Corn Technical Product Manager

Syngenta believes every employee has a role to play in safely feeding the world and taking care of our planet. To support that challenge, the GreenLeaf Genetics team is currently seeking a GreenLeaf Corn Technical Product Manager for the Eastern US

Ideal Location: Indiana and Ohio

What will you be doing? 

• Lead licensed seed company customers to identify product fit of GreenLeaf offered hybrids based on needs for their portfolio for their sales geography.
• Encourage and facilitate customer participation in GreenLeaf Genetic field days, internal trials, customer trials and other training opportunities to aid in mutual growth.
• Develop, plan and deliver technical product information of commercial hybrids to promote Syngenta germplasm and traits directly with licensed seed company customers. This includes providing supporting information on product performance using internal and 3rd party data to promote adoption of GreenLeaf offered hybrids.
• Collaborate with PPS & TPL teams to demonstrate requested hybrids for advancement with justification of marketplace fit for customer need.
• Provide feedback and analysis of competitive germplasm and trait providers as necessary to support the GreenLeaf business.

What gives you an advantage?

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and/ or Genetics and  Breeding 
•  Extensive hybrid corn seed experience - 5+ years
• Agronomy and seed production practice knowledge
• Customer and sales management 
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and data management
• Strong attention to detail
