To support that challenge, the Branding and Operations team is currently seeking a Graphic Design Specialist. In this role you will execute creative design projects that are meaningful to our customers and collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure smooth, effective, on-time delivery of online and offline design elements within our marketing tactics.
This position is a 18 month fixed-term contract position that is covering a parental leave. We have a Flexible Work Location approach and this role can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, Ontario or remotely across Canada.
Duties:
- Execute various types of design tactics including but not limited to collateral, digital assets (email, web design, landing page design), direct mails, retail kits, banner ads, print ads, logos, etc.
- Provide support on brainstorming and creative ideation for tactics, develop small creative concepts as needed.
- Manage various design execution projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight timelines.
- Integrate stakeholder direction and feedback into design projects as part of the review process.
- Collaborate within the Marketing Operations team to ensure that design creations are aligned to the needs and objectives of the tactic and campaign plan.
Qualifications
Required:
- Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Graphic Design
- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience
- Adobe Creative Suite – focused on: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator – required
Preferred:
- Experience with Graphic Design in the Agricultural industry would be an asset.
