As a Senior Team Development and Effectiveness Lead, you will be a key member of our Talent and Culture team, focusing on enhancing team effectiveness across the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership teams, to design and deliver impactful team effectiveness sessions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing the capability of our T&C colleagues, HRBPs, and potentially other functions, to act as facilitators and catalysts for team effectiveness initiatives. This role will also involve leading a Community of Practice to share knowledge and develop capabilities within the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver team effectiveness sessions for senior executive and leadership teams, to drive high performance and collaboration.
  • Serve as the 'practice lead' for team effectiveness expertise, developing internal resources and materials, and driving knowledge sharing and capability development.
  • Establish a Community of Practice to foster collaboration, share best practices, and enhance team development and effectiveness capabilities across the organization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in planning and preparing for major events, such as the Group Leadership Conference, to ensure effective interventions and initiatives.

Qualifications and required experience

  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering team development and effectiveness sessions for senior leadership teams, including to Exec level.
  • Strong capability development skills, with the ability to empower others to act as facilitators and catalysts for team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities to lead a Community of Practice and drive knowledge sharing.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to partner with key stakeholders in planning and executing major events and interventions.
  • Additional organizational development experience - transformation and change management; organizational design; leadership coaching and development.

Additional Information

This is a global role that will require regular travel to Switzerland or other European destinations (likely 6-8 per year) and occasional inter-continental travel (likely 1-2 per year). The role could be based in various European locations including the UK (Manchester or Bracknell), Madrid, Budapest or Amsterdam.
