In this context, the Global HR Solutions Consultant will be responsible for the design and delivery of global strategic HR solutions and processes that are innovative, fit for purpose and create a great employee experience.

  • Own and strategically evolve the project and portfolio framework to a business value driven framework.  Consider project lifecycle and associated methodology, governance, ways of working and change management – ensuring the practical application by solutions consultants and their stakeholders.
  • Oversee the delivery of the HR Digital project portfolio to quality and cost.
  • Engage and partner with senior HR stakeholders across Syngenta Group to explore and define HR portfolio demand and manage delivery expectations. 
  • Manage annual portfolio planning and reporting in a fast-growing and developing matrix organization with competing priorities. 
  • Identify and drive experimentation and early adoption of new tools in support of projects and virtual collaboration
  • Work with and direct PMO in review and updating project templates, manage portfolio, cross project risk identification and detailed portfolio reporting 
  • Establish forums for global and regional HR Solutions Consultants to connect and establish best practices to enable shared learnings and achieve common goals
  • Actively network within HR, the business and externally to learn of opportunities for synergies and learning

 


Qualifications

  • Experience of leading dynamic global teams
  • 8 years of HR operational or consulting experience
  • Strong project management experience in implementing large scale HR technology solutions
  • Strong problem-solving, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Experience working within an international matrix in a complex global organization and across different functions
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in managing senior stakeholders
  • HR functional experience
  • Proven facilitation and influencing skills
  • Ability to think critically and challenge status quo
