We are looking for an experienced digital marketing analyst to support our Global Digital Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with various different stakeholders.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A top-notch digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Monitor the performance of global/local digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc., and share results and recommendations for improvements to local and global teams.
  • Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Developing and presenting learning from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies incl. tag management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Improve and further develop our Global Digital Marketing Campaign Performance Dashboard, built-in QlikSense, leading the sprints with our QlikSense developer, based on market feedback/requests and priorities.
  • Work with Data & Analytics team on SmartMart/Data Lake project to get all relevant Digital Marketing data and integrations into the MIOs to ensure best practices and self-service of dashboards and reporting for global/local and to provide a 360 view of digital customer interactions to help inform the customer experience going forward.
  • Explore potential for further dashboard build, e.g. for website performance and insights, SEO, Lead Management, etc.
  • Development of digital interaction strategy; look at digital tactics by campaign and draw actionable insights to aid in making data-driven decisions.
  • Development of KPI, tracking and tagging framework.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English. At least C1 at is the working language. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and QlikSense.
  • Google Tag Manager proficient to support tagging of campaign pages.
  • 5+ years of deep knowledge of digital marketing across Social, Google Ads, Display, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
