Role Purpose:

We are recruiting a Global Business Change Manager for the Global Production & Supply (P&S) Centre of Expertise (CoE).

Working in collaboration with the Program Manager on complex cross-functional initiatives, the Business Change Manager will identify the impact of changes within affected business operations, develop and deliver the change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of sustainable and measured change.

The Business Change Manager is responsible, on behalf of the Senior Responsible Owner, for defining program and project benefits, assessing progress towards their realization and achieving measured improvements within business operations. 

About you:

Required experience, understanding & knowledge:

  • Delivering demonstrable sustainable change within complex cross functional transformation projects and programs
  • Definition and realisation tracking of change initiative benefits
  • Working in complex, global, matrix and remote working environments
  • Deep understanding of stakeholders, pressures and business challenges
  • Deep knowledge of organizational development and change management
  • Workshop facilitation, catalyst and coaching skills
  • Project and Program management recognized best-practices and frameworks, such as MSP and PMBoK.

Highly desirable skills, knowledge & capabilities:

  • Experience working within and leading teams within Production and Supply functions
  • Supply Chain understanding in an Agro-business or closely related industry
  • Professional certification in Project or Program Management (e.g PMP or MSP)
  • Professional certification Agile
  • Change First – People Centred Implementation (PCI)
  • Program or project coordination experience
  • Experience within large-scale global software or systems integration programs
  • Experience working in Hybrid Agile-Waterfall projects
  • Experience working within Production and Supply functions
  • Fluency in English – other languages
