Purpose:

  • The role of the Global Branding Team Lead  involves managing and leading a team responsible for developing and executing branding strategies for products and services at global level.
  • Overall, the Global Branding Team Lead plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong brand identities for product and service brands, driving customer engagement and loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the global branding initiatives in Crop Protection Marketing.
  • Drive development of big ideas, brand modelling, message map, and other relevant topics for the global launch and introductions of new products.
  • Lead and manage the global Crop Protection Marketing branding team.
  • Introduce new practices in branding to ensure best-in-class, customer-focused delivery.
  • Work in close collaboration with the global/local marketing teams and Digital Marketing to develop effective approach to branding and related asset/content creation.
  • Own and manage relationships with agencies for the development of big ideas and branding collaterals.
  • Ensure appropriate budget resourcing and tracking across global branding.
  • Act as a catalyst to share and apply best practices across the organization and global communication.

Qualifications

  • 12+ of relevant work experience working in branding, marketing and communications.
  • Extensive understanding of digital and traditional branding and communications practices and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong track record of successfully developing and executing branding strategies for product and service brands on a global scale.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B product branding, media and communications
  • Strong experience in managing, leading and mentoring teams.
  • Experience working in different markets with different cultural nuances.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendors.
  • Experience working in a multinational company/matrix organization and with international teams.
  • English language a must, additional languages a plus.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with strong emphasis in digital marketing.
