GHX Sales Lead

What will you be doing? 

• Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within territory
• Build and foster a team culture that values, recognize and generates a business oriented, customer focused approach
• Develop and maintain network of potential Certified Advisors and GHX Specialists
• Measure Sales Team performance and evaluate competencies for each employee
• Create business plans and establish a consistent cadence throughout the year with GHX
• Manage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines for GHX Specialist and assigned territory

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a degree in a non-Agriculture discipline with a significant farming industry background or commensurate experience
• 5+ years in sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team, agricultural sales experience preferred
• A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and leadership skills
• Demonstrating proficiency in collaboratively creating marketing strategies and executing them to a high standard.
• Candidate must live in the territory
