Responsibilities

  • Manage all customs operations required to deliver products with full compliance to all applicable regulation (BCRA Resolutions & Regulations and others)
  • Guarantee effective Import & Export operations in LAS for Crop Protection portfolio, Seeds, Grains, SPS and others by having sound processes and controls in place
  • Manage SIMI's, LA and LNA flows (Registration, reports, claims and dashboard) and ensure full visibility of the risks and opportunities through reports and forum
  • Responsible for managing the Foreign Trade Budget and to provide inputs for the STD Cost Process.
  • Ensure a compliant E2E process, guaranteeing the approval of Invoices in SAP on time (daily process), interaction with P2P to monitor payment to Suppliers, Transfer Prices (Import & Export)
  • Ensure trade compliance, global classifications & communication discussion of regulatory changes
  • Support Market Intelligence analysis by providing visibility of Import/Export statistics.
  • Manage custom brokers relationship and drive performance for continuous improvement
  • Support the Finance Controller with appropriate information & data to build of the annual budget

Essential for this position:

  • Graduation in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, Accounting or relative areas, with strong orientation to Foreign Trade, Logistics and International Commerce.
  • Post graduation in Management and Master Degree desirable in areas related to Logistic, International Commerce or similar
  • Good understanding of the business and supply process
  • Customs operation
  • Excellent planning and organisational ability to support delivery of several projects alongside daily operations.
  • Skill to manage people and professionals in a competitive environment of continuous change
  • Analytical sense, focus on objectives and results, organization, ability to manage time
  • Strong process view and identification of optimizations and opportunities along the "chain of events "
  • English (advanced) written and spoken
