Role purpose
•To support the Financial Solutions Specialist with (FiSo) Projects within the Organisation. 
•To establish collaborative partnerships and advance the cause of grower enablement through the FiSo model.
•To provide the Organisation with business critical information to make informed decisions on FiSo.

Accountabilities
•Constant business interaction with the Financial Solutions Specialist to ensure projects are executed smoothly . 
•Gathering & verifying the necessary documentation and relevant information in line with FICA & POPI requirements to perform the FISO credit application process.
•Following up with growers, agents and distributors to obtain necessary paperwork.
•Relationship management with relevant dealers for application assessment and continuous feedback in application phase as well as in season.
•Ensure that the CultiVault tool is running smoothly daily, and improvements are done for ease of use for all CultiVault entities, this includes updating of information, interest rates, price lists and application reporting.
•Verifying invoices to ensure they contain only Syngenta products.
•Capturing invoices onto the CultiVault web based tool.
•Checking that there is sufficient credit available to accommodate invoices received.
•Preparing internal payment requests and coordinating payment of grower accounts with distributors
•Sending remittance advices to distributors and attending to account queries from distributors.
•Sending out statements to growers on a monthly basis.
•Assist with the preparation of various reports required for tracking the FISO project.
•Following up with queries from growers and distributors as well as internal queries.
•Continuous support in growth and improvement of multiple financial solutions.

•Understanding of Grower needs/agricultural sector 
•Good knowledge of finance.

•Substantial market sector understanding and experience
•Experience with payment models
•Business facing experience with multi-disciplinary teams
•Expert knowledge of Microsoft office products, IT and process management understanding
