We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and meeting customer demands efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Balance demands in the system according to requirements and place production orders in coordination with asset planners from each source plant.
- Monitor PO placement with the countries.
- Work closely with territory Planners to ensure correct visibility of demand in the system to balance and plan productions.
- Ensure the smooth coordination of the product from demand reception to its availability according to required dates.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to address routine issues.
- Coordinate and collaborate across boundaries to lift any road-blockers both potential and actual.
- Be a primary point of contact for potential problem resolution, resource allocation for problem. resolution and leading the progress.
- Ensure that SAP and APO master data are maintained correctly.
- Assist with New Product Introduction.

Qualifications:
- Professionals from Engineering, Finance, International Business or similar careers.
- Experience of at least 2 years in Supply Chain Planning, Foreign Trade.
- Strong skills in managing task priorities, meeting requirements, and coordinating with different stakeholders from multiple teams.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Supply Planning skills.
- SAP/APO Knowledge is desirable.
- Energy, Drive and Persistence.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork.
