Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations and meeting customer demands efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Balance demands in the system according to requirements and place production orders in coordination with asset planners from each source plant.
  • Monitor PO placement with the countries.
  • Work closely with territory Planners to ensure correct visibility of demand in the system to balance and plan productions.
  • Ensure the smooth coordination of the product from demand reception to its availability according to required dates.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to address routine issues.
  • Coordinate and collaborate across boundaries to lift any road-blockers both potential and actual.
  • Be a primary point of contact for potential problem resolution, resource allocation for problem. resolution and leading the progress.
  • Ensure that SAP and APO master data are maintained correctly.
  • Assist with New Product Introduction.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Professionals from Engineering, Finance, International Business or similar careers.
    • Experience of at least 2 years in Supply Chain Planning, Foreign Trade.
    • Strong skills in managing task priorities, meeting requirements, and coordinating with different stakeholders from multiple teams.
    • Advanced level of English and Spanish (mandatory)
    • Supply Planning skills.
    • SAP/APO Knowledge is desirable.
    • Energy, Drive and Persistence.
    • Influencing and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork.
