EXIM & Compliance Manager - Field Crops

• Manage and oversee all export and import activities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for import and export processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
• Resolve issues related to customs clearance and shipping logistics.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers and customers regarding shipping terms and conditions.
• Maintain records of all transactions and prepare regular status reports.
• Experience in dealing with DGFT Licensing, RBI, APEDA, SVB, Free Trade Agreement (FTA), HS Classification, AEO Certification, Export Benefit like DBK and RoDTEP
• Other Government Agencies like FASSAI, Plant Quarantine Regulations & Phytosanitary Certification

• Graduate / Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain & Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 10-12 years of experience in export/import operations.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
