To serve as a member of the Group Compensation and Benefits Center of Expertise, supporting the Group Head Executive Compensation in the development and administration of competitive long-term incentive programs to support the strategic direction and achievement of business objectives while ensuring inclusivity and diversity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer existing long-term incentive programs.
  • Provide internal support for the Group HR Business Partner’s on long-term incentive related questions.
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of new long-term incentive programs, including vendor selection and technology set-up, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Support the development and implementation of an effective communications strategy and education program to raise awareness and develop knowledge amongst HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and employees, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Provide education and training across the organization to enhance expertise, effectiveness, and credibility of the function, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Lead the audit reviews related to the remuneration report and other related documents, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of remuneration data to be included and set out in the Compensation Committee meeting materials, remuneration report, and other corporate reports, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Proactively monitor external and internal markets, identify trends and best practices in global compensation programs, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Support the benefits projects, with a focus on the implementation of our new well-being strategy, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years overall experience with 3+ years of experience working with Compensation. Experience in the Benefits domain is an asset.
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree, preferably in economic or social sciences.
  • Specific long-term incentive administration experience is required.
  • Experience in a complex, international, multi-business environment, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Project experience and working with global teams across the matrix, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Understanding of global Reward philosophy, its elements, tools, and metrics, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Advanced/Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Good communication and consultative skills, ability to influence and negotiate is crucial, ensuring inclusivity and diversity.
  • Fluency in English is required.
