Support waste and wastewater management services for a major production plant site including regulatory interpretation and compliance.
- Support environmental regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide guidelines and training of the environmental requirements to site personnel.
- Maintain waste management records and assist in developing and utilizing waste tracking software.
- Maintain site spill control, pollution prevention, and environmental plans and procedures.

Qualifications
Critical knowledge and experience:
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industry, with waste and/or wastewater management and/or regulatory compliance preferred.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations.
Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities:
Excellent networking, coaching and mentoring skills. Critically question and review work in the group to ensure that products meet the customers’ needs. Be receptive to new ideas and be able to motivate the team to transfer the ideas into practice. Understand market needs and quickly be able to make changes or develop solutions to ensure production needs are met. Actively network with vendors to seek low cost disposal methods. Maintain good relationships with both types of customers: regulators and unit personnel.
