Job description

Основні обов'язки:

  • Підтримка процесів складської логістики та транспортування
  • Допомога у веденні документообігу по складським операціям та перевезенням
  • Підготовка та аналіз звітності
  • Взаємодія з партнерами та внутрішніми підрозділами компанії
  • Адміністрування відправлень через особистий кабінет Нової Пошти
  • Участь в оптимізації логістичних процесів
  • Виконання інших операційних завдань за потребою

Кваліфікації

  • Студент 3-5 курсу (логістика, управління ланцюгами постачань або суміжні спеціальності)
  • Готовність до довготривалого стажування (1 рік)
  • Можливість часткової (від 20 годин/тиждень) або повної (до 40 годин/тиждень) зайнятості з гнучким графіком
  • Впевнене володіння MS Office (особливо Excel та Word)
  • Здатність працювати в команді
  • Бажання розвиватися у сфері логістики
