As our Global Vegetables Portfolio Finance Business Partner, you'll be the trusted advisor to our Global Product Strategy Leadership teams, driving critical decisions that shape our portfolio's future. Your financial expertise will fuel strategic initiatives—from investment cases to growth opportunities—maximizing value creation across our global vegetable seeds business.

You'll bring an end-to-end mindset, deep crop portfolio insights, and cross-functional collaboration skills to navigate complex business landscapes and deliver results that matter.

The challenge

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with Global Product Strategy Leadership as their go-to finance expert on strategic and day-to-day financial matters
  • Drive holistic portfolio and pipeline decisions that unlock future value
  • Lead processes across and beyond P&L scope, connecting stakeholders across global teams

Influence & Innovation

  • Challenge conventional thinking to drive productivity and portfolio optimization
  • Generate forward-looking insights that shape business direction
  • Build bridges across finance teams to align best practices globally

Relationship Building

  • Engage seamlessly with Global Product Strategy teams, corporate functions and global stakeholders
  • Influence decision-making at all organizational levels
  • Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications

Your profile

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's/MBA in Economics, Finance or Business
  • Experience: 7+ years in Finance and Controlling
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency; business intelligence systems knowledge is a plus
  • Language: Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
