Job description

Teren działania:  wschodnia część woj. małopolskiego, woj. podkarpackie, południona część woj. lubelskiego

Główne zadania:

  • Aktywne promowanie i sprzedaż produktów biologicznych Syngenta
  • Realizacja celów sprzedażowych w ramach podległego terenu (gospodarstwa i punkty handlowe)
  • Obsługa klientów w ramach przydzielonego terenu w celu realizacji kampanii sprzedażowych, w tym zarządzanie zamówieniami
  • Wsparcie posprzedażowe dla klientów w zakresie agronomii, zarządzania uprawą i stosowania produktów biologicznych firmy Syngenta, zgodnie z wytycznymi działów Wsparcia Technicznego i Marketingu
  • Sporządzanie raportów nt. sprzedaży, monitorowanie stanu zapasów w sezonie, pozyskiwanie i raportowanie informacji o lokalnych klientach i rynku
  • Prowadzenie szkoleń dla gospodarstw rolnych i sprzedawców detalicznych oraz organizacja imprez polowych

Kwalifikacje

  • Zorientowanie na cel i wyniki, samodyscyplina i dobra umiejętność organizacji pracy
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane kierunki związane z biotechnologią, ogrodnictwem itp.), jednak nie jest to wymóg
  • Rozumienie otoczenia konkurencyjnego i trendów rynkowych
  • Znajomość technik negocjacyjnych i sprzedażowych, rozumienie potrzeb klienta
  • Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B
