Digital Transformation Lead - Veg P&S

You will contribute by:

• Being a catalyst for change, guiding the organization through the complex process of a digital transformation. 
• Managing a team that promotes a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Developing strategies and ways of working that leverages digital to enhance our business processes, increase efficiency, and improve our capabilities. 
• Leading the implementation and adoption of digital tools, ensuring we have what is needed to utilize these tools and achieve the value.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives align with business objectives. 
• Establishing metrics to track progress and impact of digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education/experience.
• +5 years of experience within Agriculture business.
• +5 years of experience leading teams and/or transformational journeys.
• +5 years of experience utilizing data to define and track effectiveness of investments.
• Demonstrated strategic mindset, understanding what is needed to establish a strategy and roadmap.
• Strong aptitude for technology and enjoys delivering value through digital solutions.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to connect and tailor messaging based on the different levels and needs of the organization. 
• Builds good relationships and capable of influencing and creating alignment across different stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional organization skills with the capacity to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience partnering closely with IT to deliver a digital transformation.
• Competent with Agile delivery, OpEx/Sig Sigma, and/or Design Thinking.

Preferred capabilities

• Ability to anticipate and think ahead of business needs to propose innovative solutions or approaches.
• Experience translating complex business opportunities and challenges into digital needs.
• Experience with leading transformation or change within a Seeds Production and Supply team.
• Understanding of Agriculture industry, specifically Vegetable Seed value chain and dynamics
• Understanding of key business drivers for profitable growth
