Digital Solution Manager Invoice to Cash

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Solution Manager to drive process and technology innovation within the finance function with a focus on the Invoice To Cash process, this includes:

  • Identify and drive process optimization, efficiency and automation opportunities
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders and IT to align the process and technology architecture globally and develop the rolling change roadmap
  • Identify enabling technologies and their potential for value creation in Finance

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the overall process and technology transformation for Invoice To Cash and partner with business leaders and stakeholders globally to plan and drive the strategy implementation within that process area
  • Develop and lead a cross-functional process governance community globally to facilitate ideation, process improvement and architecture governance
  • Provide process leadership and design expertise for new business models / digital trade solutions  
  • Assess technology trends and evaluate their use to further increase the digitization of the functions business processes
  • Identify the future set of programs/projects in support of the business strategy and develop a rolling portfolio roadmap which is prioritized in line with the digital and business strategy
  • Own and lead projects from idea to solution assessment to business case / sanctioning and design

Qualifications

What are we looking for:

  • Relevant University degree and min. 6-10 years’ experience working in Finance and/or business consulting with proven experience in business process management and/or project management
  • Experience in leading / initiating programs and/or projects independently
  • Expertise in process design methodologies and techniques
  • Good experience working in the Invoice To Cash process area; preferably experience in managing change or technology projects in that area with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good understanding of Invoice To Cash technology solutions, in particular good understanding of SAP solutions like accounts receivable management, credit risk & collection management as well as digital solutions for payment interaction and customer integration
  • Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and engagement in strategic dialogues with different organizational levels across a matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish or Portuguese would be a plus.
