For our Crop Protection division in Warsaw affiliate we are currently looking for a
CP Digital Service Lead CE
Role purpose:
Digital Service Lead is a part of our Media & Digital Agriculture Services Central Europe team within Syngenta Crop Protection.
The successfully hired person will be accountable for enhancing the overall customer experience in a multi-channel digital environment to improve lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle from a digital standpoint. The aim of this role is to execute digital transformation across Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries).
Key responsibilities:
- Execute company digital marketing strategy for marketing programs across customer segments and channels
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Digital Agriculture Service and Sales colleagues through proactive digital initiatives
- Coordinate within Marketing team the digital marketing activities, such as: SEO and SEM, web development and emailing campaigns
- Cooperate with digital agencies to drive SEM campaigns
- Create and coordinate local lead generation programs or adapt regional ones
- Review, edit and update content for company websites, marketing materials, and similar platforms
- Write up creative briefs to brief designers and editorial writers in assistance with the Campaign and Portfolio Team
- Execute CRM campaigns and ensure that deadlines are met
- Analyze promotion performances
- Proactively look for the areas to share growth hacks and best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Educational background in Marketing is preferable
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, e.g. such as of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO, emailing tools (knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems as a plus)
- Experience in collaborating with web dev agencies
- Deep understanding of campaign creation as well as its end-to-end execution
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent people/social skills to build relationship with internal business stakeholders and animate internal network and cross-functional teamwork
- Travelling up to 15% may be required
- Fluent English
