Rollenbeschreibung

Als Support Digital Marketing bei Syngenta Flowers bist du die treibende Kraft hinter unserer digitalen Präsenz in der EAME-Region. Du übersetzt unsere Produkt- und Markenstrategie in ansprechende Inhalte und teilst diese über verschiedene digitale Kanäle. Von Social-Media-Beiträgen und Produkt-Mailings bis hin zur Verwaltung unserer Website - du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Botschaft für unsere Kunden klar und attraktiv ist. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketingteam (bestehend aus 4 Personen) sowie mit Produkt- und Vertriebsmanagern zusammen und hast die Freiheit, deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Koordination und Optimierung digitaler Inhalte. Du wechselst mühelos zwischen strategischen Projekten und operativen Aufgaben, wie:

- Verwaltung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle und Website für die EAME-Region.

- Organisation von Übersetzungen und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Markenbotschaft.

- Koordination von Inhalten aus internen Teams und externen Agenturen.

- Unterstützung bei digitalen Kampagnen, Produkt-Mailings und kundenorientierten Webinaren.

Dank deines strukturierten Ansatzes weißt du, wie man Inhalte aus verschiedenen Bereichen bündelt und in inspirierende Geschichten übersetzt. Du bist detailorientiert, gut organisiert und schöpfst Energie aus der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.


Qualifikationen

Dein Profil:

Wir suchen einen enthusiastischen Kollegen mit Leidenschaft für Blumen und digitale Inhalte.

Du hast mindestens einen Fachhochschulabschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Ob du gerade dein Studium abgeschlossen hast oder bereits 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung mitbringst - deine lernbegierige Einstellung und Kreativität sind für uns am wichtigsten. Zudem sprichst du fließend Englisch und idealerweise auch Niederländisch und/oder Deutsch. Bist du bereit, unsere digitalen Inhalte auf ein neues Level zu heben?
