At Syngenta, we are working to build the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture that provides leading seeds and crop protection innovations to enhance the prosperity of farmers. To support this challenge, Syngenta’s Marketing team is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Greensboro, NC.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals for the US Syngenta Professional Solutions business.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop digital marketing assets for Syngenta Professional Solutions (SPS) products including product images, infographics, and packaging designs.
  • Create video content for Syngenta Professional Solutions digital marketing campaigns, including product demo and explainer videos, as well as online advertisements.
  • Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, and in some cases the Syngenta creative agency partner, to develop and execute engaging content tailored to different digital platforms that align with Syngenta brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest creative marketing trends and technologies to ensure Syngenta Professional Solutions digital assets are innovative and effective.
  • Assist the marketing team with miscellaneous digital marketing projects.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, graphic design and/or a related field.
  • Experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship support from Syngenta.

Preferred:

  • Experience in graphic design on e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Video skills and creative mindset to develop engaging video content for various digital platforms using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing skills.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Prior experience in growing brand awareness across e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and utilize expertise in creative design and video production to develop captivating visual content that resonates with the target audience across multiple digital platforms, including e-commerce.
  • Attention to detail. Effectively manage e-commerce initiatives, ensure accurate and compelling product listings.
