Support and implement Digital Marketing Strategy to reach and engage with Indonesian growers. Support business by providing access through digital platform for growers. Working closely with Brand Managers and Campaign Team to successfully deliver business objective for Syngenta Indonesia. Being the catalyst for Syngenta Digital Transformation Journey.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage Digital Platform that provides access for grower to Syngenta; websites CMS (Drupal), Social Media Management Platform (Emplifi), Grower database (Grower Console), Mobile application (peTani) and Internal platforms (SmartAgro Lite).
  • Plan, develop, monitor and analyze the content marketing strategies.
  • Grow Syngenta Seeds Social Media Community.
  • Build, develop and optimize the current or other digital access platform for grower.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation / inquires coming through all platform (mobile application, social media, etc).

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in relevant role
  • Understand Digital tools and digital ecosystem/concepts
  • Willingness to learn about agriculture, growers and business dynamics
  • Ability to absorb and adjust to changes in market and digital ecosystem
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
