Digital Marketing Associate

Ensuring Digital Marketing project deadlines are being met

Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed.

Escalate issues as necessary based on project work plans.

Develop & maintain a database for content.

Manage internal communication (Newsletter & Yammer)

Coordinate with countries for the digital marketing requirements

Bachelors in Business Management - Digital Marketing

At least 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Ability to work effectively independently and as a team.

Proficient in Office-based applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be preferred.

Ability to work on tight deadlines.

This is a Renewable, 12 Month-Fixed Term Contractual Position.
