Purpose:

  • Co-create customer strategy and ensure delivery of customer experience.
  • Co-develop promotional strategies and execution against target segment
  • Manage customer relationship tool (CRM tool)
  • Drive digital marketing communication strategy
  • Explore and drive new projects and approaches linked to customer experience, incl. e-commerce

Accountabilities: 

Marketing Services:

  • Managing Commercial Unit Danube Marketing Services Team
  • Drive transition into digital communication space in strong coordination with marketing & TS heads 
  • Supervise the local communication strategy development and drive the methodology development for customer segmentation
  • Manage the execution of communication activities (printed, online, event) across multiple segments, continuous monitoring and proactively recommend corrective actions to optimize touchpoint usage
  • Coordinate the CU external and internal PR activities in line with Global PR strategy, manage PR Agency
  • Coordinate the CU Partner Programs development 
  • Controlling and phasing A&P budget by planning and monitoring all activities
  • Build network with other countries/CU

CRM Accountabilities:

  • Drive CRM system continuous improvement to improve sales efficacy
  • Position SFDC as a central tool of Syngenta digital ecosystem (e-commerce, digital AG, digital communication)
  • Support KPI system development to monitor sales progress, campaign progress coming from CRM tool
  • Train & educate Sales Management, Sales Force, KAMs and campaign managers on CRM
  • Support Campaing Management to develop segment specific campaigns
  • Build network in Global CRM Community

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience and capabilities:

  • Degree: BSc/MSc
  • Min. 5 years  working with a network of agencies and contacts 
  • Project and people management skills
  • Agribusiness industry knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Ability to use market research to understand customer, market, channels
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • High level of computer literacy (graphics)
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) and native Hungarian
