Digital Ag Marketing Intern

As Digital Agriculture Marketing Intern in IT & Digital team at Syngenta you will experience how science and technology come together to help solve humanity’s biggest challenge – feeding the world and taking care of our planet. During the internship you will work as part of a team on several initiatives combining marketing and communication tools with the digital adoption journey of farmers around the globe. 

As part of our internship program, you will have an opportunity to get to know IT & Digital leaders, learn about digital products and will get to know other interns from different countries. You will also get a great sense of achievement and accomplishment, bringing to farmers and advisors new sources of information through communication assets, that inform and empower them to make better decisions in their operations through our digital tools. 

The main accountabilities of this role will be:

• Develop and maintain a global library of communication assets and product marketing initiatives that support multiple countries when launching Syngenta’s digital ag platform (Cropwise)
• Support the creation of digital marketing projects (webpages, campaigns, social media) related to digital agriculture in multiple regions
• Work on the development of a global content strategy for digital ag to support branding and institutional positioning of Cropwise (digital ag platform)
• Communicate to our internal teams about the achievements and expansion of our digital ag footprint

• Knowledge base on the key marketing principles and communication channels
• Good writing and communication skills
• Overall understanding on digital marketing, social media tools and customer journeys
• Curiosity and genuine will to learn about the digital agriculture ecosystem and products
• Understanding of the agriculture business from a commercial/ go-to-market and/or experience in the tech market will be an additional asset.
