Database Manager

• Communicates with business representatives and identifies problem areas of the KAM team
• Collects the information and creates hypotheses to improve certain indicators
• Prepares data for analysis: sorts, filters and makes a selection, finds patterns
• Processing arrays of data from different sources: agro information (CWO), marketing information, business metrics (from CRM), financial information
• Visualizes data: translates statistics and Big Data into understandable conclusions and visual graphs
• Communication with external and internal stakeholders to define, to drive and to promote new solutions
• Offers solutions that are used to develop a project or business
• Participation in internal and external conferences, developing of the social contacts

Critical knowledge

• Higher education (mathematics, mathematical statistics)
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to see new ways of solving problems
• Knowledge of methods of mathematical statistics, algorithms for data analysis and mathematical modelling
• Knowledge of modern big data processing technologies
• Knowledge of the basics of relational databases and the SQL language
• Knowledge of English at the level of reading technical documentation

Critical experience

• Experience with large data sets
• Experience in analyzing large amounts of data with the identification of dependencies and patterns
• Experience with data visualization tools (including for building graphs)
• Perfect team player
• Understanding of the agriculture business and risks

Desirable knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of scripting programming languages ​​Python lib / Docker / Ruby / Perl / MongoDB
• Machine learning experience
