ROLE PURPOSE  

Design, prepare and provide the relevant sales & marketing activities and services to support implementation of campaigns and marketing strategies.

Supports digital service users and Syngenta employees to improve and accelerate the deployment of new digital solutions.

Through agricultural expertise, the incumbent understands which topics are relevant to users based on their expectations and feedback and where support can be provided for the deployment of these digital tools.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deploy CropWise Operations (CWO) Scouting Module on selected farmers to create strong pool for full CWO Farm Management System (FMS) solution
  • Actively interact with sales team to stimulate strong teamwork and cooperation to achieve company’s goals
  • Present CWO functionality alone and together with CWO team in front of potential customers
  • Deliver CWO training to the selected farmers - Technical Onboarding of CWO
  • Drive CWO user activation, support grower data uploading
  • Ensure active use of CWO and user retention
  • Build close relationship with CWO users, be recognized as digital expert and key focal point
  • Act as Digital services subject master expert
  • Close cooperation with the local sales organization, deploy CWO as sales Aid tool
  • Deliver internal trainings 
  • Close cooperation with CWO HQ and CWO support team - Identify system issues and adapt the tool to the country environment, communicate customers feedback
  • Working on models/algorithms for upcoming services (Disease forecasting, Yield estimation, Growth stage prediction etc.) and agronomy use cases to create more value for the users
  • Coordinate the adaptation process with 3rd party contractors and with technical team
  • Cooperate with country marketing and sales teams: to create relevant Product+ and Services offers, support the E2E process of the offer; contribute to define digital persona, growers' segmentation
  • Test new services and provide internal and market feedback to drive continuous service improvement (for example: InterraScan)
  • Project management of Syngenta Services solutions
  • Keep contact with BU and EAME colleagues, identify country relevant solutions
  • Contribute to define relevant Services and Country Strategy

Qualifications

  • Understands the need for support for the deployment of these digital tools
  • Strong affinity for digital
  • Excellent communication skills and pleasure of customer contact
  • Experience in the agribusiness industry is strong advantage
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Driving license: B category
  • Develops/delivers innovative, customer-driven offers
  • Develops/implements effective product communications
  • Able to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels
  • Understands customer needs
  • Presentation skills
  • Project management
  • Ability to travel regularly across country to visit current and potential customers
