Location: São Paulo – SP 

Role Porpuse

  • Understand the Syngenta Business strategy, identifying potential opportunities aligned with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Production and Supply and CX Lead
  • Understand the customer needs captured trough VoC the process, identifying potential opportunities aligned with CX Lead and Key areas of the organization
  • Transform opportunities into changes, delivering customer value by segment in line with Syngenta Business Strategy  
  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of the of the Schain changes and services that will delivery customer value and business strategy within the whole Production and Supply Organization and areas impacted.
  • Champion the voice of the customer within the business, balancing interests alongside those of the business and other relevant priorities
  • As SME – Subject Matter Expert:
  • Promote an internal culture of continuous improvement (looking at processes trends and opportunities and acting on them and coordinating resolution with different teams across the business)
  • Lead the transformation agenda in Customer Services Brazil
  • Represent Customer Services Brazil at the COE P&S change processes (Portfolio, Small Changes and D&A boards)
  • Align demand from territories with the functional area strategy and priorities
  • Act as Brazil Design Authority for a given subject area
  • Lead the Competences Development approach to enhance people technical knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and colleagues to better understand customers, their needs, expectations, and opportunities for improved fulfilment of their interactions with Syngenta 
  • Working on long term solutions which influence strategic choices to better serve customers and the business ambitions
  • Work closely with the commercial, marketing, production and supply leads to improve customer outcomes throughout
  • Build strong relationships with external partners ensuring supply chain partners who impact the customer experience 
  • Engage with CX Lead, customers, and colleagues to better understand customers, their needs, value, expectations, and opportunities for improved fulfilment of their interactions with Syngenta 
  • Work on long term solutions which influence strategic choices to better serve customers and the business ambitions
  • Design and implement new services model in line with customer value and business strategy (e.g. Cashback - pilots and scale-up, Larger Packages)
  • Assess and redesign existing services in line with business need and customer (e.g. AG services)
  • Design and implement SChain Services or SChain differentiation accordingly to customer Segment (e.g. Direct)
  • Design and implement processes and systems changes in Customer services Brazil, aiming to operational excellence
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert of Customer Services Brazil
  • Understand the transformation agenda in Customer Services Brazil and share at the change process boards
  • Ensure that all projects/initiatives are aligned with the transformation agenda in Customer Services Brazil (prioritization)
  • Participate on the Portfolio/Small changes boards and build strong relationship with the SME community
  • Be aware and identify impacts/overlaps from other areas initiatives in your area of expertise
  • Lead the change management process to support initiatives implementation (training, procedures, etc)
  • Prepare project chart to submit it to the Portfolio/Small changes boards, ensuring the right maturity level of it prior its submission (Gates concept)
  • Act as design authority to support program, projects and changes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or correlated degrees
  • APICs – Inventory Management certification desired
  • Program and Project management skills and experience 
  • Change management skills and experience

Critical experience

  • Minimum experience: 5 years in Supply Chain, especially in downstream, understanding customer values, leading the transformation of the Supply Chain in response to it
