Purpose:

  • Deliver best in class customer service and continuous improvement in collaboration with the SE CS Lead
  • Managing the extended O2C process, supporting the achievement of sales targets delivering outstanding customer experience and operational excellence with cost effective operation
  • Interacting with external customers and other internal functions, providing and exchanging information on products, orders, shipments, as well as preparing regular reports

Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the annual distribution contract template review and preparation and complete/keep updated the contracts 
  • Maintain effective regular relationship, communication with customers (distributors), other external partners, like warehouses, service providers, as well as internal stakeholders 
  • Performs the Customer Service processes in an effective way and by using proper systems and software
  • Execute O2C process; receive, record and process customer orders using the existing ERP platforms, check stock & credit limit availability together with the responsible function representatives if necessary, arrange delivery or customer pick up, issue required documents, invoice upon the order fulfillment, monitor order status
  • Manage EKAER reporting process required by the Tax Office
  • Ensure efficient inventory management process regularly monitoring channel stock, Syngenta inventory optimization by locations, in order to support sales maximization, reduce lost opportunities and stock expiry
  • Cooperate with the Sales to monitor performance, target execution of distributors
  • Manage stock return process from the customers, documentation, billing according to the commercial policy and agreement in accordance with the internal and external guidelines
  • Ensure regular stock reconciliation with the service providers, and the annual stock count execution together with the other functions concerned
  • Manage FOC goods process (marketing demo, trial, commercial FOC etc.)
  • Ensure timely reporting and processing of the customer complaints in the relevant tools according rules
  • Contributes to improvement activities around Customer operations process
  • Continuously learn and work on individual development, and look for improvement of the way of working, efficiency, contribute to implementation of new technologies in the daily activities of Customer Service (Distributor portal, closed loop process)
  • Applies the Syngenta SOX standards in her/his daily activities
  • Coordinate Syngenta voucher/coupon redemption

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Understanding of the Agrobusiness, market drivers, customer behaviors is an advantage
  • Commercial knowledge of the local business environment
  • Experience in Customer Service, Order to Cash process, Logistics, Transportation, or sales roles
  • Experience to build relationship with customers, suppliers, service providers
  • Experience in SAP, excellent computer usage (MS Office) 
  • Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence tools and methodology
