We are looking for a new colleague to join our Seeds team in the Czech Republic as Customer Service Specialist. If you are precise and communicative with SAP or other similar system experience you are the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing seeds orders processing including related administration and system updates (receiving orders, releasing goods, invoicing and rebates)
  • Managing goods return, from customers and to supplier
  • Regular contact with customers and the warehouse as well as transport company and officials
  • Preparing reports (end-month close) and analyzes according to internal needs and requirements
  • Customer KPI measurement, complaint coordination
  • Collaborating on labels preparation

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in the team
  • Accuracy and timely processing of required tasks
  • Managing the seasonal work in the customer service
  • Ability to see essential in complex Seeds business process, find ways for continuous improvement
  • Fluent Czech and minimum intermediate level of English language (both spoken and written)

Additional Information

  • Permanent work contract
  • Prague office based with flexibility to work from home
  • Desired start date 1st February 2024
