The role of the Customer Service & EXIM Executive (CSE) is to create the order and fulfilment, customer inquiries and closure of complaints, also need to do the export and import process that on time submission and to ensure the all administration on export import is efficient, effective and in line with company’s standard and policies. He/She should be able to lead a lean group of people, help develop their full potential and define strategies aligned with both the local and regional strategic agenda.

The CSE should be able to work with a diverse group of people from internal to external stakeholders. He/She should be able to develop new ways of working that help continually improve the efficiency of customer service in Syngenta.

Accountabilities:

1. Customer Service

  • Support the order processing process
  • Check the incoming PO customer through platform system – CPS in daily basis
  • Manage order process activities including from receipt of customer’s PO until steps have to be processed to get to complete the order. To ensure all steps follow the order management process
  • Align with warehouse team to check the availability stock and delivery plan
  • Align with commercial team for order allocation and credit block customer
  • Rebate processing activity both for dealer and retailer
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Sample marketing process
     

2. Export Import

  • Submit Import Permit & Export Permit to Website of Agriculture Department, and closely monitor on the status of these permit
  • On time submission SP1 to Quarantine for quarantine process and closely monitor
  • On the progress based on the lead time of these process
  • Make sure shipping documents correctly applied such as Invoice, Packing list, Non GMO, Phytosanitary, Draft BL
  • Arrange the export shipment including monitoring the ETA of the goods
  • Ensure Invoice from Hub created before ETA date
  • Minimize clearance expenses by ensuring all requirements for clearance process are fulfilled
  • Before arrival of goods (ETA)
  • Update Daily Import and export Seed Tracking report
  • Issued Laporan Realisasi to Agriculture Department
  • Checking Invoice from vendor

Qualifications

Essentials Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • Having knowledge and pro efficiency in using the O2C of FOU system
  • Knowledge in Export and Import
  • Good Administration and filling system
  • Fluent in English is preferred
  • Must have a good behavior to work with a team and across functions
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience of working in the same functional role
