Are you experienced in customer service and demand planning coordination? And would you like to be part of an international organization and work in a busy and challenging environment?

Customer Service and Demand Planning Coordination

We are looking for a maternity leave cover for a 75% position. You will join our Customer Service and Supply Chain department in Copenhagen and be a part of a smaller team, reporting to the CP BA Head/Head of Customer Service and Supply Chain Nordic.

We deal with customer contact, customer orders, and Supply Chain processes for the four Nordic countries. Our work is versatile and depends on the different periods of the year. Some months are characterized by planning activities, and others by making delivery plans and processing orders using our SAP systems.

Exceptional customer service, process handling, and improvement

You will take up a coordinating role managing customer service and Supply Chain operations. You will play an important part in making sure that our processes run smoothly and in providing excellent customer service. You will be in touch with internal stakeholders when coordinating customer orders for both Crop Protection, Professional Solution, and Seeds. Also, you will be in contact with our customers regarding product phasing and making sure that orders are handled, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time.

Qualifications

An experienced coordinator who takes initiative

We are looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain systems and operations. Ideally, you have a background from a commercial company, are fluent in English, speak/write Danish and/or Swedish, and can use the other Nordic languages on an operational level. Further, we are looking for a person who

  • Is customer oriented and can provide excellent customer service
  • Has good cooperation and communication skills
  • Can take initiative and work independently
  • Can meet deadlines and work in a busy environment
